Shipping Information
General Shipping Information:
All orders are packed and shipped from our Fox and Cactus office on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
We are only a team of two so we send out US orders once a week through DHL eCommerce (one pickup a week allows us to keep our shipping prices as low as possible) and Australian/all other International orders go out 1-3 times a week.
When will my order ship?
When placing an order please keep in mind that all delivery estimates are referring to the time it will take once your happy mail has been shipped, not from the moment you place your order. Occasionally there can be longer processing times (the time it takes us to make and pack your items before we ship them), especially after new release days or during large events and sales.
We always aim to have your orders shipped as quickly as possible, but if your order isn't dispatched straight away definitely don't stress! We promise we are working as fast as we can and we appreciate your patience. If you would like to check in on the status of an order feel free to drop us an email with your full name and order number.
Can I ship to a PO Box or APO?
Australian orders and non-US orders are shipped via Australia Post and can be delivered to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
US orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes so we ask that you use an alternate address to avoid it being returned to us.
We often have errors returned with APO addresses so we please ask that you ship to an alternate address if possible - if this is not possible please contact us first so we can confirm your address.
Domestic/Non-US International Shipping (Aus Post):
Please note that Australia Post delivers Monday to Friday and their estimates are based on business days only.
Domestic Parcel Post - 2-7 business days*
Domestic Express Post - 2-3 business days*
International Standard - 5-12 business days*
US Shipping (DHL eCommerce):
All of our US orders are shipped through DHL eCommerce via a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) expedited service and will arrive faster than other international locations.
International (US) - 5-15 business days*
Once your parcel has cleared customs and is scanned into your country it will be trackable through USPS - monitoring it through here can provide more detailed tracking updates.
Customs and Duties:
For non-US customers: We do not collect and are not responsible for any customs and import duties, or any other local postal requirements that may be issued by your country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel so please make yourself familiar with your local import laws and regulations.
For US customers: We collect all US tariffs at checkout and pay them to our courier, who then pays them on to the US Government. This means the price you pay at checkout is the final price and there will be no extra fees when your order arrives.
